VACANCY
The Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN) is a national non-governmental organization promoting Reproductive Health (RH) in Nigeria. As a full member of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), PPFN has expanded the scope of its programmes beyond family planning to cover broad reproductive health, emphasizing the needs of adolescents and young people and safe motherhood. PPFN seeks suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant position:
- CLINIC OFFICER
Locations:
- PPFN Clinic Isolo, Lagos (Ref: LAGOS2024)
- PPFN Clinic, Abeokuta (Ref: OGUN2024)
Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to organize and deliver integrated reproductive health and family planning services in a friendly environment at both clinic and outreach levels.
Requirements:
- Sc. in Nursing or Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Certificate in Family Planning
- Five (5) years relevant work experience in SRH/FP provision.
- Excellent contextual, analytical, writing and oral communication skills
- Team leadership and team playing qualities/experience.
- Familiarity with the WHO eligibility criteria for contraceptives use
- Computer literacy skill (a key requirement for use in Clinic Information Management System)
- Sensitive and caring but firm in dealing with junior level staff
2. FINANCE OFFICER

Location: South West Regional Office, Ibadan (IBADAN2024)
Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is for ensuring proper financial transactions and efficient records keeping in the form of retirements of various funds disbursed toward the successful SRH programmes implementation of the organization at the Regional level.
Requirements:
- Sc. or H.N.D or its equivalent in Accounting.
- Five (5) years of work experience especially in an NGO.
- Computer literacy, including MS Excel, Dac Easy, and Peach Tree accounting package and word processing.
- Proven sound numeric ability, analytical mind, and nose for details.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Positive towards issues of development in general and reproductive health in particular.
- Higher Certificate of great advantage.
